I agree, its not producing any new talent for the country, but maybe it was not setup for that reason - it was setup as a camp for international players to tone their bowling skills and get some professional tips. Bret Lee and others have spent weeks at the Foundation to get trained. Again, Dennis Lillie cannot be compared to Prasanna when it comes to coaching skills, maybe Prasanna does not have a coach in him. Someone performing extremely well doesn't necessarily mean they are good coaches/tutors/mentors. Also, Prasanna cannot clone spineers on his own - there should some talent availble in someone for him to improve and develop that to international sporting level.
