Honourable Speaker Somnath skips the Red Signal and is not fined

Just in the previous article I praised Somnath Chatterji for his action on the BJP MP Katara, not to enter the Parliament.

But the really shocking news is that Speaker (not Honourable any more) has commented on the Supreme Court. He says Judiciary interferes with the functioning of Parliament.

So that proves Somnath has either is insane as Shakespeare says – he has reached the seventh stage of a human being – behaving like a child and insane.

Somnath does not know the difference between Judiciary and Parliament laws.

Constitution is sacred and permanent. Every one in India knows this. It is a set of rules, to govern the public and the politicians from committing a mistake in law.

In UK even the common man knows the law of Judiciary. Here even the Speaker says it interferes with Parliament.

The public chooses parliament members. That does give them power to question or comment on the system.

Several laws of Courts and Road Traffic Control are prevalent in this country. It is a pity the ruling members think they are above the common and established laws. That cannot happen and will never. Then what is the difference between Pakistan and India?

It is high time Speaker does not mix party politics, vote bank politics and personal views to defame the Judiciary.

If Somnath wants to skip Red light on the signal and cross the road like Chennai or ant Metro arrogant drivers. And police cannot do anything.

But if Somnath does may be he will meet with an accident as his driver sure is not efficient as Metro bus driver!
