Could he have uttered such things when he was on Doordarshan in the olden days? Ambimama

I was shocked at the audacity of aman who thinks that he can do goog by advocating violence.Is ther any wasy of legal action possible against these kinds of persons? Could he have uttered such things when he was on Doordarshan in the olden days?
