Very few companies admit their fault, rectify the manufacturing defects and satisfy fully the customer. Whether it is automobiles, consumer goods, electronics or Home appliances.

Samsung though provides good service has the problem of giving a permanent solution. A friend of mine has purchased a Silver Nano Washing machine three months back. He is having leakage problems in the washing machine from inlet, outlet and all lets. The company gives good technical suggestions and corrects the problem temporarily.

Till now they do not admit there is a basic Design flaw! I have advised him to write to the company followed by a complaint to Consumer Support group.
Now the fully automatic machine has become a full-time headache for him.
