Wrong numbers while roaming
The practice followed by service providers for mobile phones is sometimes irritating. They wake you up with a message when you are tired and sleeping. When ever the signal tower or town changes they give a message. They call you unnecessarily on automatic promotion schemes.
And there are calls from insurance companies, banks and call taxi services. It is clear the service provider gives a list of telephone numbers relevant to the item or services marketed. The simple answer from the caller is “We got the details from the database”. They think the common is a fool. If we threaten to complaint they immediately cut the call!
Apart from these we do receive meaningless calls from friends and relatives!
