View Lyrics while listening

I can enjoy the music more when I know the lyrics. Sometimes lyrics are more attractive. There is a plug-in available for Windows Media Player or Winamp which will show the Lyrics on the screen (instead of odd graphics). I have not yet tried this.

This works for Eminem, Enrique, Eagles.

Tara Tiny and Tata Nano

People do not like to change easily. They do not like electric cars. They want to hear the engine run, smell the petrol and see the smoke coming out of the exhaust. Suddenly I do not like charging my car every day but can afford to spend more time in a petrol station waiting in the queue.

Tara Tiny

Tara Tiny is an electric car to be manufactured by India’s Tara International, in association with China’s Aucma.

The Tara Tiny is the cheapest car, priced at Rs. 99,000 which is less than that of Tata Nano. And the running cost is almost zero compared to TATA Nano, the petrol car.

Tara International will launch the Tara Tiny this August. Unlike TATA Nano it has other versions of the car: Tara Titu, Tara Micro and Tara Mini.

The electric car Reva is already there and it has nice models. It is being used by the postal department of Kerala. I have seen many Reva cars running in Bangalore. But Reva is expensive. It costs around two lakhs.

With the bookings of TATA Nano promoting premium price above one lakh and the rising cost of petrol, I have to test drive Tara Tiny.

Watch Dasavatharam on DVD

“I cannot understand the movie” is the most said comments after seeing the movie. Some say it’s a technical movie and Kamala Hassan has acted well and sure deserves an Oscar.

There is lot of information from History, Science, Facts and Mythology. May be Kamal wanted people to educate themselves and come, see the movie. Or see the movie and ask for more questions.

The efforts and time taken by Kamala Hassan in production is fine. But a very careless attitude to release the film in theaters with very bad acoustics makes the audience irritable and how will they understand a movie which is claimed to be taken that way –“If you want you understand. We do not care!”

I will get a licensed DVD and patiently watch the movie in My Home Theater. I have the choice of setting the sound, rewind and see when I do not understand and at my spare time.

I will wait for the release and watch Dasavatharam on DVD. A battle was lost due to a bad horse shoe. Sure Kamal should correct this sound problem in theaters. Else he will lose lot of viewers. Sure me and my friends are already very unhappy on this sound system in the theaters released in Chennai.
