When I understand the scriptures, I find they all mean Peace within me and the World. And that God will wait for 100 wrong things said, done to mankind, animals, nature and creation. This means he forgives us for 99 misdeeds. He, the God is not the Judge but the Rules or Dharma. Can I wait for his Avathar? Or assume Dharma has the capacity to protect itself? Here comes the test of my patience, tolerance and Love without conditions. No one has the right to punish quoting the scriptures. Protection of the Righteous comes here, not the punishment which is obvious. Even for protecting Arjuna is afraid. Krishna need not have said the divine text, as the text itself is not new but the condensed version of Vedas, Upanishads on Dharmic and Karmic way of Life.

Why should Javed Anand and Gurumurthy quote scriptures and show their knowledge of Gita and Quran? In every Home of an Indian the basic Dharma is inherent. They do cry over the pains caused by the terrorists. The columnists need to understand and not to argue or defend. I need not quote scriptures from any holy text but respect and follow them in my daily life. When anyone acts to kill the innocent ones, create panic and hate; there are many more - Have they crossed the 99 wrong-act limits? Then, whether they are my relatives or belong to the any faith, I have the choice to do the right. I need not wait for one more Gita to be delivered. How to do it? By showing love and showing the other chin? To be crucified again to prove that I love them? I must listen to the inner peace, conscience and the rest of the plan will automatically unfold.

My friend said the terrorists from whatever faith they belong to, will be taken care of by the people from their own faith. When a common and innocent man is constantly made to KNEEL and FEAR the Unfaithful, the GOD in him will RESPOND and a BALANCE will be restored.

Every time I try to correct a problem in my system (here it means the computer) I run out of patience and will be happy if my program or application works. Even if it is slow I carry on. The complete correction can wait.

I am happy if the system works and I am happy as long as I carry on my work. This time, I correct and it works. If it is a virus or worm attack I download some freeware and kill or delete the file. The total re-installation can wait. If I have an Internet problem, I curse my ISP and demand immediate service. Even if he says there is a problem with my system, I do not accept. Finally when it comes to no choice, I back up files format and re-install the O/s and MS-Office. It is because of the drudgery, more than the time involved. The easy option is - this time only and the syndrome can be seen in my Life too.

There are three inevitable things in Life - Taxes, Monday morning and system crash on Diwali eve.

I had visited the Annai’s Divine center in Pondy only once. I remember Annai’s only one statement that the real strength of India is in its spiritual way. World is looking for all its solution to India and its spiritual strength. How much Mother would have loved India and still loving all of us!
I am really happy if I am useful to the visitors and Annai solves their problems. You can ask anything from Mother, even material benefit and Annai knows when to give.

But let us ask for her Blessings.

Positive thinking drives us to excel in the competitive world. More positive thinking leads to Greed and closure of Lehman.

But there are practical things:
Parents’ or Teachers’ threat or compulsion does not make me to get good marks. And earning or Losing Money has no relation to the Academics.
Only the intention to get good marks does not make me get good results. Exam fear drives us to get good marks.
No one taught me to Love or How to Love someone. It just came.

To overcome the Unknown Fear, the best way is Prayer. Other means of consolation, advice or treatment are secondary.

I had good dreams last night and the Light was there. The thought of age, dependency and depression vanished. I must get hold of what is to be practiced and then Fear does not bother me.

Recent economic crisis in the US combined with Reserve Bank of India interest hike its effects felt in the Office Space takers and residential buyers.
Google has cut its expansion plan in the NCR region. German giant SAP, has postponed the expansion plan. Many small and medium size companies follow the wait and watch policy with the global economy facing the turmoil. The demand of the real estate space has gone down drastically.

The Global consultancy firms now predict Bombay, Bangalore and Pune will face the situation of oversupply in the office space. The rentals in these areas are projected to fall by 25 to 30%. This will affect the demand for the residential space also.

Further dip in the demand for real estate is predicted for Chennai and other cities also. There will be severe shortage of funds from foreign and local investors. With funds from banks already not available, private equity source dried up, the demand from end users has come to a sudden standstill.
The crazy idea of the Public to invest in Land and reap huge profits has a long chain of agents and promoters. All of them feel unsafe as there are no buyers. The market is in for further crash like the sensex coming down hard. My friend who has lot of shares and watches NDTV Profit 24 hours was in panic. Once he used to say the sensex will touch 50000 in six months. And the offers on plots of Land near Chennai are showing signs of reduced prices by almost half in certain prime locations.
