After several years, at my friend’s request I had a chance to open the computer to diagnose the problem. I had to explain to him in brief the parts, add-on cards, O/s and booting in a non technical way. 

One of the terms I used was the computer itself represents the Male and Female. The hardware is the Male and Software the Female and either could not function independently. This made me remember the term NERD. One has to be cautious and not to use this word as it might hurt, if not taken in a sporting manner.
Nerd is the term a techie uses (who also might be a Nerd), when he comes across people who use technical words and abbreviations to impress, bargain and intimidate.
There are people who think they know better instead of leaving it to the professionals. It’s a different matter if one is eager to learn. People use the Internet and Google for everything to impress or argue the experts and experienced Professionals.
They even have time to argue with the Surgeon when they know their Life or Limb is at peril; or a Legal expert who knows better to protect the Clients’ interest. The list is endless. The World of Information has shrunk due to the Net, but the Quality has become dangerously ignorant to the Nerd.

In the beginning I blogged for myself. It was an outlet to write whatever I felt interesting. Then something of interest to the public. Sometimes emotional, intellectual, political, religious, personal and boring topics. There were problems of spam and hacking. Traffic or No Traffic, I wrote. Now I see lot of tips for Blogging and improving traffic.
And genuine interest from Blog communities to share the articles so that more people read, enjoy and benefit. Writing to satisfy my ego and just writing had made me write some nice ones! If that interests someone let it be! Damn my Blog Ego.

To be released soon, the 22nd Bond film title makes it difficult to pronunce and understand. Daniel Craig says that the title does mean something in relation to the film and will have a bit more of the standard Bond feel.

When I wait to see a Doctor I get impatient. This is due to the physical pain I undergo and the tolerance of level of me towards the pain and the feeling that the patient before me is asking unwanted FAQs.
The moment I meet the Doctor, his comforting words, the touch and the confidence in him relieves my pain. The illness is cured by the medicines and advice he gives.
I forget the patients waiting after me. The Doctor knows this as well but is very patient with me. Mere conversation and speaking is required to cure me from physical pain and mental suffering.

Due to competition and the need to excel in the profession there is a constant pressure and complex developing in the mind of the human. When one reaches the insane level, if he approaches the psychoanalyst he gets confidence and again joins the race.
Today the Freud method is almost outdated. More developments speak of mind and emotions rather than brain, dreams, childhood and the subconscious. All the confusions and solutions to material pursuit, body pains, spiritual height and freedom of the self are in the FAQs of Arjuna and Krishna in the Gita. The patient represents us and the Doctor is Krishna.

Lot of softwares have come and made my life easier. Tamil fonts, Typing in English produces Tamil words. Transliteration is useful. I will have to check the compatibility of fonts, browser support and file formats.

Sure Technology has helped Indian languages based on phonetic base to be typed and read by the public. More readers will be benefited by the Regional Language News and Write-ups. Let us see more of this!
