When and How to relax

Many of us do not know or spend time or money on relaxing. It is not sleeping, seeing a movie of your choice or travelling. It is just doing nothing, saying nothing and keeping the mind open. Just keep your mind, allowing the thoughts to flow freely. Let the neighbour, TV, World or anyone close to you say anything. You are not ignoring, them but keep calm. Say unto them, that you are going to relax and will bother them after your relaxation. They will understand, sure. All of them will listen to you, and will ask you how you felt. It is up to you to make your mind listen and have control over it. No worry about money, food or even relaxing when you relax. It is better to do this type of relaxation in the morning, afternoon or sunset or before sleeping!
