TCS tortures its employees
TCS is known for its two year contract and enjoying the benefits at the cost of its employees. Of late TCS has started torturing the employees by providing them third grade food and stay but promising 5 star stay and food. I do not know if the famous Ratan Tata is aware of this.
Youngsters should adjust to the new environment – I agree. But what is promised should be delivered and Tata has failed miserably in this. Many of my friends’ sons and daughters are going through hell. I will give more details on the actual problems, when my friend gives me more details.
