I cannot understand myself and my problems. I cannot pray for myself. So I cannot understand others’ problems and pray for them. If you believe in Karma theory one suffers for his own past deeds. I cannot enter into his mind nor understand what is inside his mind. I can compare the difficulties of one from another, but it would be difficult for me to estimate the patience one has or the indifference he has to undergo the present suffering.

The best I can do is to chant the good mantras and sincerely wish the difficulty for the suffering be removed. With the hectic life we are forced to live on (or have forced on ourselves) I cease to think of the problems. Solutions to the problems must come, we must have the patience.
