I need to give some information on Money making, though making money is difficult. It all depends on how much you want to make. If you are already rich (have a good house and resource to pay for the extra things other than food and clothes) what I write may not interest you.

I am here with you, the suffering and enjoying middle class. I enjoy my TV, food and other weekly outings. But I get bored. So what should I do? Help the poor and disabled children or elderly? The Government is spending huge money for all that I have mentioned, but none of us know how the money is spent or care to look for how the money is spent. We read papers and take things for granted. When a Government is corrupt we fail to take notice of it. So we are responsible for the state we are in. Is there a way out? The answer is a big one – we Indians should be happy with the way we are leading our lives.

Competition has no age and other things. You have to compete to stay young. But all competitions will have no meaning for you when you cross the age of 50 (approx). Only politicians with a fair background will shine and I fear how they are able to do it. May be their working style changes - only speaking and doing nothing. Some politicians are better they do something, which beyond their knowledge goes into the benefit of people.

When I started my career in Computers and had success I thought I am the King. But now there are many Kings who do better than me and the distance between their knowledge and mine is vast. So where do I stand? At least I am aware of this and able to write this in my blog!

Every child is an inspiration and is the best to a parent. They name it according to their tradition and probably will be that of their grandfather/mother in the Hindu way. Of late short names are preferred, but really beautiful names of Rishis and sannskrit have been the fashion. Aditya, Arjun and the likes.

The modern day youngsters do not like lengthy names Sankaranarayanan or Chandrasekaran. They keep the names lengthy but prefer to call it short like Sankar or Chandru. This is OK as even in the olden days when names of grandparents were given, a nick name like ambi or bala was common. This practice still goes on in India.
Though there is nothing in Western world to signify a name, in Indian traditions names do matter as names of all people will correspond to a God’s name. Some say while dyeing, if they call the names it will be that of God. They forget how many times we call the same name while living!

A Doctor who is my close relative brought me wheat bread today! I just asked him where to get as I was finding it difficult to get wheat bread in my area. There are a lot of bakery shops and bread is available but made of Maida flour. Wheat bread and Seven grain bread are made by Modern Bread, Britannia and other local famous bakeries like McRonnet and Nilgiris. I do not yet understand why people go for whole Maida bread. Just like they go for Parathas and Naan made of 100% starch rich Maida. May be they get it digested soon and do not put weight.

But to me Chapathis made of wheat are better tasting than the Parathas. That too the puffed and thin ones from Sigadi or Gas without oil. Even if I take ten of them nothing happens to my stomach. But if I eat one Paratha I feel dull for at least a day. And add to that the rich butter – I am gone! Dullness remains and I find it difficult to type even now!

I receive a lot of messages daily on my mobile. It is all about business offering bargain offers. I receive lot of quotes from world famous people, sent by my friends. Sometimes I note these on paper and lose them. I tried storing on computers, but I lost track of them. I must get organized or is it that the messages are not so important? Most importantly I must act immediately on the messages and forget about them. I read recently that there were scientists at the time of Einstein who had found about the Relativity Theory but did not take care to take notes and publish them on time. They were late only by weeks. But that helped the conquer of Hitler and today we see America as the dominant nation!
