DD Sports does a good coverage Olympics. But DD does not have the professionalism to market the Live Olympics coverage. I was watching Abivav Bindra in the 10 meter Rifle. He got the GOLD for India! Abinav is an MBA, 25 years young and runs his firm Abinav Futuristics.

So talents are available in India and they prove also! It requires a lot of patience and practice. In the future I can see many Indians participating and winning. There will be sponsors coming forward to provide the infrastructure, training and money.

One day to go for Olympics. It’s not a sensation in India. We lack the spirit and infrastructure to train our people in International sports events. We cannot even host an Olympics event due to lack of proper facilities and security as per Olympics committee rules. Naturally there is less viewers watching the events on TV.

Gilchrist says Twenty-20 Cricket should be included in Olympics. Steve Waugh also supports it but says Cricket to be included in Olympics must be played by USA and China!

BBC has a notorious history of twisting the facts with regard to Asian countries. Britain having lost the power to rule the Asian countries has long adapted the policy of Divide and Rule policy. BBC has never apologized, when it was shown wrong in its biased News coverage.

The problems in Asia, political or domestic will be sorted by the countries involved. We do not like BBC to poke its nose and give false and twisted News to create disturbance among the Asian public.

Recently BBC showed that Chinese Olympics rowing team defeated the British team and has plants to topple America. BBC further said China had no reputation in rowing. Does Britain have reputation in any game? It does not even qualify in the many games invented in Britain! China’s rise to Superpower shows the hard work of the people and it reflects in Sports area also. Britain unable to digest this broadcasts biased opinions.

Do not believe BBC broadcasts anymore. It really wants to please America and fool the World. We have other media who tell the truth.

Does anyone need eat so much species of Food like Scorpion, Snake Grill, Beetles, Goat Lungs, Sea Horse, Cow and Horse Stew to win Olympic medals? I am putting just one picture:

Playing French open tennis needs stamina, patience and power. Ball comes slowly from the Red Clay Court and there is no bounce at all. It is like a dead wicket in Cricket. No bounce and speed like US open hard court of Asphalt, Spin and Rally in Wimbledon Grass and Concrete court like the Australian Open.

Bjorg won French open 6 times in a row and Wimbledon 5 times in a row and most of the games were always against John McEnroe and other greats.. But he never won a US open as there McEnroe would kill him with speed, reflex and perfection. Bjorg does not have the talent to play in bouncy and fast return courts.

Ivan Lendl. won French open many times. What a great player he was. But he could never adapt himself to Wimbledon. How many hearts fell when Ivan would reach the final and not win the Wimbledon? He is a great Golf player now.

Take Sweet Pete. Sampras is a perfectionist, but could never win French open. There was a chance for him, but Andre Agassi played better.

Take any player after Rod Laver. None has the adaptability to suit himself to the different types of Tennis .Courts. Only Agassi is an exception.

Then there was Michael Chang, Ruscoe Tanner, the prodigy Boon Boom Boris Becker, Ivanichevich, Mats Wilander, Jimmy Stefan Edberg, Jim Courier,Guillermo Vilas, and Ilie Năstase of old times a controversial player like McEnroe. I forget the names of many other greats.

I could remember all these names because there was tough competition and each player was unique and grand. But Roger Federer has no such unique qualities. I do not understand why there are so many fans for him. They wish he and believe that he will win the win the French open this year.

But Nadal is such a fine Clay Court player and has got more variety of shots, power and reflex. The double handed backhand return is just cool. I wonder how Fed reached the final when he is so poor in his game.

There is a shortage of talented players now. That is why Fed seems great. Can you tell me the second, third and up to ten 10^th seed now? Like the days of Bjorg and McEnroe when we could tell at least ten names who are great and had a special quality for winning. Very few have gone down in straight sets like Fed now against Nadal. The legendary five-setter of Bjorg vs McEnroe still lingers in my mind.

Tennis lovers and experts say Fed has got a complete game. When I watched him play at French Open against Nadal yesterday, I stopped watching after the first set. He was like Ganguly playing the typical outgoing balls and getting out very easily. Fed is great because there is recession in Tennis players now. And Nadal has proved that He is King of Clay.

Sure Nadal is not Beyond Bjorg but better than Fed.

And there is Djokovic to beat Fed in Wimbledon coming soon now. Fed is not a complete player – He has no real competition.
