Years back I started playing Solitaire. Though I have enjoyed many PC games and still try, the young ones always beat me with their observation power and mind-hand co-ordination.

But the different types of card games have come to stay with me as a habit. I enjoy my working with PC for hours, but in between I play card games.

The Poker is difficult as I have to understand the mind and playing pattern of others. I have a record in Solitaire points and highest difficulty level in Spider Solitaire.

Recently I had been to a nice dinner with my family and friends. There was a very young magician and he entertained us specially. The card game trick he did was cool.

It resembled something like the following two videos:

In 1858, Robert Fallon was shot dead, an act of vengeance by those with whom he was playing poker. Fallon, they claimed, had won the $600 pot through cheating. With Fallon’s seat empty and none of the other players willing to take the now unlucky $600, they found a new player to take Fallon’s place and staked him with the dead man’s $600.

By the time the police had arrived to investigate the killing, the new player had turned the $600 into $2,200 in winnings.

The police demanded the original $600 to pass on to Fallon’s next of kin - only to discover that the new player turned out to be
Fallon’s son, who had not seen his father in seven years!

Federer has never won at French Open. And why did he he lose to the 3rd seeded Djokovic from Serbia in Australian Open?
1. May be He is getting Old.
2. May it was not his day.
3. He has some spoiled food the previous night
4. He lost his concentration
5. There was match-fixing
6. His coach failed to motivate Him

But I fail to understand why the fans of Federer do not appreciate how Djokovak played. Like us Indians in Cricket who fail to appreciate the Aussies!

Soccer is to Europe and Cricket for India.

Europe is gripped by soccer fever every year. Kids play soccer in the streets, overweight adults play soccer on pitches in pub teams.

However, what sets Europe apart in soccering terms from the rest of the world is the sheer quality of their leagues which are literally head and shoulders above those from elsewhere around the world.

Let us forget for the moment the cricket and watch this Soccer Comedy video.
